Guarantees

• All our products (excluding batteries and bulbs) are guaranteed for a period of 1 year, ag
  provided they have not been abused or otherwise mistreated.
   
• We will, at our option, repair or replace the item if it is defective in manufacture.
   
• We will replace the item if it arrives to you broken or malfunctioning.

Product Returns:

  We check every item before we ship to be in good working order.
  
  Be careful to wind the radios and flashlights in a clockwise direction.
  
• If you do receive a item that was damaged in transit:
  
• 1. Please advise us at windupradio@innotechmail.com
  Tell us that you are returning a product, get an authorization number and the address where to return your product.
  
• 2. Pack the item and mark on the box your name, our invoice number and if you are outside of Canada
  (Very Important) the following information "CANADIAN GOODS - RETURNED FOR T.I. - 9814.00.00"
  
• 3. Send the product by surface mail only, at your expense to the address we send you.
