Guarantees

  • All our products (excluding batteries and bulbs) are guaranteed for a period of 1 year, provided they have not been abused or otherwise mistreated.
     
  • We will, at our option, repair or replace the item if it is defective in manufacture.
     
  • We will replace the item if it arrives to you broken or malfunctioning.

Product Returns:

  • VERY IMPORTANT!

    We check every item before we ship to be in good working order.

    Be careful to wind the radios and flashlights in a clockwise direction.
  • If you do receive a item that was damaged in transit:
  • 1. Please advise us by clicking here >> Innovative Technologies Product Return

    Tell us that you are returning a product, get an authorization number and the address where to return your product.
  • 2. Pack the item and mark on the box your name, our invoice number and if you are outside of Canada
    (Very Important) the following information "CANADIAN GOODS - RETURNED FOR T.I. - 9814.00.00"
  • 3. Send the product by surface mail only, at your expense to the address we send you.
     
  • VERY IMPORTANT!! If you did not purchase the item from us (Innovative Technologies or windupradio.com) we cannot replace or repair your product. Please contact the retailer who sold you the product.
